I had a small issue with my order, and to be fair, the support team sorted it out quickly. They were nice and easy to deal with, so no complaints there. I did feel a bit misled by the original info though, which was frustrating. Still, the customer service was good enough that I’d probably order again.

I’ve been frustrated with the heat distribution on this. The center gets way too hot and starts burning, while the edges are still barely warm. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

I’ve been using these pans for a bit now, and overall the quality feels solid. They cook well and seem like they’ll hold up, though one of the lids does feel sorta cheap compared to the rest. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning

I ended up getting the wrong size lid, which was frustrating. it was probably just bad timing, but I needed it that day and it didn’t fit the pan at all.

I ended up asking for a refund because it just wasn’t the right fit for me, i think that was fair. The process was really simple, and I got my money back quickly without any hassle.

I ordered this pan from potsandpans.com because I figured it would be easy to cook with and clean up afterward, but it’s been frustrating. Food sticks to it way more than I expected, even when I add oil and keep the heat lower (so I’m not exactly blasting it on high).

After dinner, I end up standing at the sink scrubbing for what feels like forever, and it still looks stained. The outside also started getting marks quickly (which makes it look older than it is). Maybe I just got a dud, but for me, it wasn’t worth it and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I picked up a couple of pans from here, the prices were better than most other places I looked. The quality seems good so far too, which I wasn’t totally expecting at this price point. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it got here eventually, and for the money, I’d say it was worth it

Looked nice at first. Worked okay for a bit. But after a few weeks, eggs started sticking, even with oil. Cleaning it now is a pain. For the price, I expected better...

I went in hoping to find a few pans I liked, but the weird part is, most of the ones I actually wanted weren’t even in stock. There just wasn’t much to pick from.

I’ve been using these pans for a few months now, and they still look surprisingly good. I wasn’t totally sure how they’d hold up, but so far so good. My only real gripe is that I wish the handles stayed a bit cooler while cooking

I ordered a set from potsandpans.com because my sister had mentioned she’d had decent luck with them before, but my experience was frustrating. The box showed up half crushed, and there was barely any padding inside to protect anything. One of the lids was just loose in the box, and the pan had a dent right on the rim.
For what they charge for shipping, I really expected the order to be packed much better. I also reached out to customer service and it took days to hear back, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again
